The Middletown Housing Authority (MHA) will receive sealed bids, in triplicate, for the Project entitled: Traverse Square Apartments – Siding Replacement, Middletown, CT, until 2:00 PM on February 6, 2025, at the MHA Administrative Offices, located at 40 Broad Street., Middletown, CT 06457.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site(s). Prospective bidders are asked to meet at Traverse Square, Middletown CT at 2:00 PM on January 21, 2025.
